School Nurse (LPN) Job - St. Paul, MN - Full Time

A school district near Bloomington, MN has a full time opening for an LPN to provide support in the health room and to any student with special needs. The district is seeking dedicated LPNs to assist and perform all health office/clerical functions, care for ill and injured students, and carry out delegated nursing activities performed under the LSN's supervision. This position is full time, working with students ages K-12.

School LPN duties include but are not limited to:

• Wound care/first aide
• Immunizations/ Vaccinations records
• Asthma treatment
• Allergies - medication administration
• Contacting parents - educating patient care
• Attend meetings for healthcare/students healthcare plans
• Respond to emergency situations
• Sub in at other schools if nurse is out

School Nurse Job Qualifications:

• Minnesota State Nursing License (LPN)
