Connect with students while building your own schools experience. ProCare Therapy has partnered with a school district in Cary, Illinois that is in need of a licensed practical nurse for the current 24-25 school year. This position will be full time and will pay up to $40/hour! 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide general nursing services, primarily in an early childhood center.
  • Periodic health evaluations.
  • Build rapport and trust with the children you work with.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

  • You will be reimbursed up to $150 for any expenses related to your state's compliance requirements. 

    Application requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active Illinois RN license required.
  • School nursing certification required.
  • PEL required.
  • Availability to work onsite within the hours of 7am - 4pm. 
  • Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
  • TB test within 60 days of start date (only applicable in certain states).

    You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience working in schools.
  • Spent time in special education settings.
  • Any SpEd-specific training or certifications.
