School Nurse | RN | Duvall, WA area

Soliant is currently looking for a registered nurse to join a school district near Duvall, Washington. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a school setting and be able to provide health services and support to the school community.

• 35-40 hours/week
• $39-46/hour, DOE

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing direct nursing care to students and staff as needed
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies
• Monitoring and documenting student health status and progress
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to address student health needs and concerns
• Developing and implementing individualized health plans for students with chronic or special health conditions
• Participating in health education and promotion activities for students and staff
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and reports

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A valid Washington state RN license
• A bachelor s degree in nursing or equivalent
• A current CPR certification
• A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a school setting
• A strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A passion for working with children and adolescents
