Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 School Nurse to support a 5-year-old student with complex medical needs in Bellevue, WA. As a School Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of the student while they are at school. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a young child with special health care needs.

Educational Requirements:

• RN or LPN certification.
• Valid Washington State nursing license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a 5-year-old student with tracheostomy care and other health issues (please reach out directly for more details).
• Collaborate with the school staff and healthcare team to create and implement an individualized care plan.
• Monitor the student's vital signs, administer medications as needed, and provide medical interventions as necessary.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for the student.
• Communicate effectively with the student's parents and healthcare providers.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position.
• 37.5 hours per week.
• Student does not ride the bus; parent will drop off and pick up from school.
• Minimal medication administration required during school hours.
