Hartford, CT: Seeking to hire a passionate LPN to work one on one with a medically fragile student during transportation to and from school. The student has a trach and requires supervision to and from school. Transportation hours are in the morning from 7:45am to 9am and in the afternoon 2pm to 4:15pm

School LPN Job Qualifications:

• IL State Nursing License (LPN)
• Experience with tracheotomy care
