School Nurse | RN | Phoenix, AZ area

Soliant is currently looking for a 1:1 Registered Nurse for a school district opening in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs and providing individualized care.
As a 1:1 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing the health needs of a student and developing a care plan
• Providing direct nursing services and administering medications as prescribed
• Communicating with the student s family, teachers, and other health professionals
• Documenting and reporting the student s health status and progress
• Following the policies and procedures of the school district and the state board of nursing

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A valid Arizona RN license or compact license
• A current CPR certification
• A minimum of one year of pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• A positive attitude and a passion for working with students
