School Nurse (RN) Position 23-24

• Conduct health screenings and administer medications to students.
• Provide first aid and emergency care when needed.
• Manage student health records and develop individualized health plans.
• Coordinate care for students with complex medical conditions.
• Diabetic care
• Full time position (37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day)
• LNA on site to assist
• Located in Hillsboro, New Hampshire
• August 2023- June 2024
• $40-$43 an hour

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Science and Nursing
• Updated RN, BSN & State certification
• Reliable transportation
