We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dedicated team in providing essential healthcare support for elementary-aged students with special medical needs. Both positions involve working in a school setting and include the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with complex health needs.

Position #1: 1:1 RN – Trach & Vent Support (Wed & Thurs)

In this role, you'll provide 1:1 care to an elementary-aged student with complex medical needs, including the management of trachs and ventilators. This position includes bussing responsibilities to ensure the student’s safety and comfort throughout the school day. You’ll work closely with the school team to maintain the student’s health, administer treatments, and monitor medical conditions throughout the day.

Required Qualifications for Position #1:

  • RN Certification required.
  • Experience with trach and vent management.
  • Ability to provide specialized care during school hours (7-7.5 hours/day).
  • Bus riding and travel with the student included.

    Position #2: RN/LPN – Wheelchair, G-tube, Seizure, & ADL Support

    This position involves providing daily care and support to an elementary-aged student who requires assistance due to medical needs such as G-tube feeding, seizure management, respiratory care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). You’ll be working with the student in a wheelchair and providing ongoing health monitoring. Bus riding is also required for this position.

    Required Qualifications for Position #2:

  • RN or LPN Certification considered.
  • Experience with G-tube care, seizure management, and respiratory support preferred.
  • Ability to provide care in a school environment (7-7.5 hours/day).
  • Bus riding and travel with the student included.
