School Nurses Needed

Are you an experienced RN looking to change paths? We have an opening for a School Nurse to provide services for a students for the school year. You would be working providing direct health care services, including first aid, administering medications, and managing chronic health conditions. If this interests you, please apply here.

Requirements:

• RN license in NH required

Duties:

• Administer medications and maintain health service records w
• Conduct health screening -vision, hearing, growth
• Observe students for developmental and health related status
• Completes health assessment, develops health component of the IEP (individual Education Plan)

• Monday-Friday
• 40 Hours/week
