School Nursing Job Available - Willits, CA

Procare Therapy is currently seeking a Full-Time School Nurse to work in the health office or 1 to 1 for the remainder of the school year in the Willits, CA area with possible renewal in 2023-2024. This is a contract position with a pay range of $40 - $50 an hour, depending on experience, credentials, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for students in the health office or 1 to 1 setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other school staff regarding student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Participate in meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

• RN License in California
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Experience in school nursing is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
