School Registered Nurse-FLOAT POSITION- Full time-– near Crystal Lake, IL
A school near Crystal Lake, IL is now interviewing for an experienced Registered Nurse to fulfill an open position for this School Year. Candidates must meet the requirements below to be considered.
Assignment Specifics:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, M-F
• Full School Year: ASAP – June, 2023

Caseload:

• General school nursing duties
• Assisting general health needs as well as specific treatment needs (medication administration, diabetic assistance, trach’s, etc.).
• Floats across health rooms between school buildings as needed, will work across 10 buildings
• Will assist the district nurses in each health room and need to fill in for them sometimes when they are in IEP meetings and other meetings
• comfortable floating across 10 different schools

Position Requirements:

• Updated resume, professional references
• Must have active IL, RN BSN
• Must have pediatric/school nurse experience preferred
• Experience working with medically fragile students, trach tubes and vents preferred.
