Registered Nurse (RN) – Henderson, NC
Position Details:

School Year: 2024-2025

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: May 23, 2025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: 1:1 with a high school student requiring tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities:

Perform tracheostomy care and manage the student’s Individual Health Plan.

Ride the bus to and from school to monitor the student’s health.

Conduct health evaluations and assessments as needed.

Report to the district nurse supervisor or designee.
Requirements:

Active NC RN license with trach care experience.

Strong assessment and reporting skills.
