Position Details:

School Year: 2024-2025

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Caseload:

1:1 care for a trach-dependent high school student.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct care during school hours and on bus rides.

Perform health evaluations and report updates to the district nurse supervisor.
Qualifications:

NC RN license.

Experience with trach management required.
