Shift: Monday-Friday, with on-call as needed

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Franklin, KY. This position is perfect for RNs experienced in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation
  • Develop and implement customized care plans based on individual patient needs
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and education
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Support and educate patients and families throughout their care journey

    Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Kentucky
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Both local candidates and travelers are welcome to apply
