Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Warwick, RI. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
  • Create personalized care plans to address individual patient needs
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Rhode Island
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
