Schedule/Hours:

  • Night Shifts, 12 hours
  • Every other weekend required
  • Every other holiday
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license (eligible in KY or compact)
  • BLS & ACLS required; PALS preferred
  • Dysrhythmia exam (facility requirement)
  • 4 years’ ICU experience required (open for discussion if less)
  • At least two travel contracts preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Experience with critical drips, central lines, chest tubes, wound vacs, ventilators
  • Strong communication and teaching ability
  • Commitment to quality improvement and patient advocacy
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing conditions
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and analyze patient assessments, plan and evaluate care
  • Administer medications and manage advanced technologies (ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO)
  • Coordinate care and serve as a point of contact for patients and families
  • Lead education and support for staff and patients
  • Perform hemodynamic monitoring, manage multi-organ failure/trauma patients
  • Integrate evidence-based practice while advancing your own learning
