Job Description:  
As a Travel ER RN, you will provide urgent medical care to patients in the emergency department. You will assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, stabilize critical cases, and work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:  
- Quickly assess patient conditions and triage based on severity  
- Provide emergency care for patients with various injuries and illnesses  
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to treatment  
- Administer medications and IV fluids as needed  
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care  
- Communicate clearly with patients and families about treatments and next steps  

Requirements:  
- Active Registered Nurse license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience  
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment  
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities  
- Willingness to travel
