Job Description:  
As a Travel ER RN, you will provide urgent care to patients with critical and life-threatening conditions. This role involves quick decision-making, providing timely treatment, and working in a fast-paced environment to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:  
- Assess and triage patients in the emergency department  
- Administer medications and treatments as directed  
- Monitor patient condition and perform vital checks  
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff in critical decision-making  
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families  
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols

Requirements:  
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state  
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience  
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment  
- Willingness to travel
