Travel ER RN – Grafton, WI – 13 Weeks – 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Grafton, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment while enjoying the charm of this scenic lakeside town just north of Milwaukee.
Assignment Details:
• Location: Grafton, WI
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours: 36 hours/week
Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, efficient care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
