Job Description:  
As a Travel Float Pool RN, you will primarily be assigned to the Med Surg unit, with the expectation to float to the ER and ICU as needed. You will provide high-quality patient care across various units, adapting to different patient needs and team environments while maintaining excellent clinical standards.

Responsibilities:  
- Provide comprehensive nursing care on the Med Surg unit  
- Float to the ER and ICU as needed, delivering care based on patient acuity  
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care  
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care  
- Adapt to different patient populations and acuity levels  
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring clarity on treatments and care plans  

Requirements:  
- Active Registered Nurse license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience, primarily in Med Surg  
- Experience in ER and ICU environments is preferred  
- Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills  
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities  
- Willingness to float between different units as required
