Job Description:  
As a Travel ICU RN, you will provide advanced care to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:  
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions  
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed  
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team  
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures  
- Document patient progress and care provided  
- Provide support and education to patients and their families  

Requirements:  
- Active RN license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience  
- Strong knowledge of ICU nursing practices and procedures  
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
- Willingness to travel
