Job Description:  
We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) for a travel assignment in Portage, Wisconsin. As an ICU RN, you will provide critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions.

Responsibilities:  
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU  
- Administer medications, treatments, and life support as necessary  
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans  
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care provided  
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families  

Requirements:  
- Active RN license in Wisconsin  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU setting  
- BLS and ACLS certifications  
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills  
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills  
- Willingness to travel
