Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate with patient families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
