Travel LPN - Home Health Fort Myers, FL

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Travel LPN in Home Health in Fort Myers, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and provide care in accordance with physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Must possess a current LPN license in Florida.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
