Job Description:  
As a Travel OR RN, you will provide care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes, managing the operating room environment and assisting surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities:  
- Prepare patients for surgery and ensure proper positioning  
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures, managing instruments and supplies  
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition throughout the procedure  
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room  
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient care  
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery  

Requirements:  
- Active Registered Nurse license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience  
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques  
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  
- Willingness to travel
