Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel assignment in West Allis, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your nursing career while experiencing the vibrant community and working at a leading healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in the operating room environment.

Assist with preoperative assessments and preparations.

Monitor patient’s condition before, during, and after surgery.

Ensure that all necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments are available for procedures.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.

Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment.

Assist in educating patients and their families regarding post-surgical care.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact state.

Minimum of 2 years of recent OR RN experience.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Experience in a variety of surgical procedures and specialties.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
