Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care in various surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a circulator in the operating room for general surgery, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, bariatrics, and robotics procedures.

Assist with vitrectomies in ophthalmology cases.

Provide care for elective, urgent, and emergent surgical patients.

Ensure the sterile field is maintained and all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful surgical outcomes.

Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an OR RN.

Experience in circulating for general surgery, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, bariatrics, and robotic procedures.

Specific experience with vitrectomies in ophthalmology.

Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control practices.

Ability to handle a variety of surgical procedures and patient conditions.

Required Certifications:

Active RN license in IL licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
