Soliant Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN) for a travel assignment in Rochester, MI. Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care for patients who require a higher level of monitoring than a general medical-surgical unit, but less than an intensive care unit.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and assess changes in their health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  • Document patient progress and assist in care planning.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Progressive Care, Critical Care, or related areas.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle complex patient care situations with professionalism and compassion.
