Schedule & Hours:

  • 10 or 12-hour shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 1:4 weekends (12-hour shifts)
  • One overnight call (11 PM – 7 AM for trauma)
  • Schedules coordinated with specialty teams
  • What You’ll Contribute:

  • First scrub complex total joint revision cases with various vendor systems (Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, Zimmer)
  • Assist with polytrauma orthopedic cases, demonstrating expertise and poise in high-volume environments
  • Utilize Mako robotic systems and Hana table positioning
  • Maintain high standards of efficiency, targeting rapid room turnovers and strong first-case on-time starts
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven setting across five busy orthopedic ORs
  • Your Background:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma and orthopedic surgery experience, including total joint revisions
  • Proficiency in orthopedic instrumentation and multi-vendor systems
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Experience with Mako robotics and the Hana table strongly desired
  • Flexibility and reliability for weekends, extended shifts, and team collaboration
