Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position; variable shifts may be required depending on assignment needs.

    • Key Qualifications:

  • Active Missouri RN license or an eligible multi-state RN license (copy required with resume)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association, documentation required)
  • 2–5 years recent clinical nursing experience
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate tasks to support staff

    • Core Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility protocols
  • Maintain competencies by participating in continuing education opportunities
  • Demonstrate scientific judgment and critical thinking for all aspects of patient care
  • Plan and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Oversee, mentor, and direct delegated personnel in daily patient care activities
  • Document patient responses and progress accurately and promptly
