Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Muncie, IN. This position requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. Join a team dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care in patients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
  • Develop and manage personalized care plans to address patient-specific needs
  • Provide nursing care, including wound care and medication management
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and self-care

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Indiana
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
