Position Overview:
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the operating room, ensuring the surgical team has the tools and support they need for successful procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during operations.
  • Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.
  • Monitor adherence to strict infection control protocols.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of procedures and equipment.
  • Assist with pre-operative and post-operative room preparation.

    Qualifications:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent operating room experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
