Travel Surgical Tech in Georgia

Sunbelt staffing is hiring for a Surgical Technician. If you are looking for a new opportunity, Sunbelt is seeking an experienced candidate for this 13 week position.
Job description/ requirements:

• Performs a variety of preparatory, scrubbing and related services necessary to provide patient service in the operating room.
• Assists with surgical cases in all specialty areas.
• Position requirements include, performing basic duties of a surgical technologist.
• Sterilize equipment and make sure that there are adequate supplies for surgery.
• Ready patients for surgery, such as by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
• Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies.

Certifications:

• BLS

Assignment:

• 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, Day Shift, 7am start or Mid Shift, 11 am start
