Job Description:  
As a Travel Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be an essential part of the surgical team, assisting in various surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, handling instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment.

Responsibilities:  
- Set up and organize surgical instruments and equipment  
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies  
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere strictly to infection control protocols  
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before surgery  
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to provide exceptional patient care  
- Accurately document and maintain records of surgical procedures  

Requirements:  
- NBSTSA Certification
- Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist  
- Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques  
- Strong communication and teamwork skills  
- Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical environments  
- Willingness to travel
