Traveling Operating Room (OR RN) Nurse - Hot Job - Amarillo, Texas - 13 Weeks

Position: Registered Nurse

Unit: Operating Room

Location: Amarillo, TX

There is a facility in Texas actively interviewing for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending. Assignment Details:

• 13 Weeks
• Days
• 40 hours per week
  • 8A-5P
  • 5 Shifts Per Week
• Possible extension based on performance
• Electronic Charting
• Some call may be required

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
• BLS (AHA)
• Texas or Compact Active RN License

Required for Interview:

• Current Professional Resume
• Clinical References
• 2 recent years of experience on the unit

Job Duties

• Monitor patient under sedation
• Communicate patient needs with O.R Team
• Electronically document procedure
• Maintain an organized and sterile work area
