Full-time School RN Job | West Colorado

ProCare Therapy has partnered with an awesome School District near Lake City, Colorado seeking a full-time Itinerant School Nurse for the district.
Your responsibilities would be to serve as the coordinator of the school health program to provide health services and health education to promote the optimal level of wellness for all students.
You will be expected to provide direct health care for students and monitors and supervises delegated nursing tasks, medication administration, and delivery of care by other personnel.
You must assure the provision of first aid and provides triage for physical, oral, and mental health issues as well as develop and implement health care plans for students with health care needs. 

Qualifications:

• Professional Educator License endorsed as school support personnel for school nursing
• California RN or LPN Certification
• CPR Certification
