Shift: Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Huntington, WV. This position is perfect for a nurse with OASIS documentation proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase, eager to deliver quality care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Administer medications, provide wound care, and deliver patient education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective and coordinated care
  • Educate and support patients and families to enhance recovery and independence

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in West Virginia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase
  • A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
