Schedule/Hours:

Contract position

Full-time hours with shift flexibility

Qualifications:

Valid RN license

Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU setting

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Proven proficiency in responding to emergencies and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

BLS and ACLS certification required

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, compassionate care to patients with complex, acute, and unstable conditions

Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to changes in patient status

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and best practices
