Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients, promptly recognizing any changes in condition.

Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing interventions as required.

Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Provide compassionate support and education to patients’ families during challenging situations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid RN license with eligibility to practice.

Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience.

Advanced knowledge of critical care nursing procedures and equipment.

Strong critical thinking, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to care.
