Required Qualifications:

Active RN license, eligible for practice

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU environment

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid response skills

Proficiency in ventilator management, titration of critical drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Schedule:

Exact shift times and weekly hours to be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult ICU patients with acute medical, surgical, or cardiac needs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor patient status and recognize early signs of clinical deterioration, initiating rapid interventions when necessary

Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and perform life-saving procedures as required

Maintain accurate, detailed records and ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and regulatory requirements

Offer support and education to patients and families during critical periods of care

Participate in ongoing training and remain current with critical care best practices
