What We’re Looking For:

  • Current and valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or 1:1 nursing preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to the needs of medically complex children
  • Comfortable with bus riding responsibilities as needed
  • Ability to collaborate with educators and school staff for student health and safety
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized nursing care for a medically fragile student throughout the school day
  • Support the student’s medical needs, including medication administration, monitoring, and interventions as directed
  • Accompany the student during transportation to and from school (bus riding required)
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, family members, and healthcare providers
  • Uphold best practices in confidentiality and ethical standards in student care
