(RN) Registered Nurse - Home Health - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Take your nursing expertise out into the community with a dedicated home health assignment focused on supporting patients directly in their homes. This full-time, 13-week contract offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each week, you’ll balance a caseload of approximately 30 points, typically covering 3–5 patient visits daily within your assigned local territory.

$1,113 - $1,178/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
