Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic Main Operating Room environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work 12-hour day shifts (7A-7P) with night and weekend call coverage, alongside an experienced surgical team in a high-acuity setting. You will be instrumental in supporting a full range of surgical specialties, including transplant and robotics, within a state-of-the-art facility.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night and weekend call required
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license required
  • Proficiency in transplant surgical procedures (must-have)
  • Experience with procedures such as total joints, spine, organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
  • Minimum of 3 years’ OR nursing experience preferred
  • Certification in perioperative nursing highly regarded
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR system valued
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub for complex surgical cases across multiple specialties
  • Support transplant teams with advanced perioperative nursing care
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to foster optimal patient outcomes
  • Uphold strict patient safety and sterile technique standards
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care delivered
