Take your specialized nursing expertise to a dynamic, high-performing surgical suite within a leading healthcare facility. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support a busy Operating Room team with a robust transplant program and advanced surgical technology.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts: 7AM – 7PM
  • Includes night and weekend call rotation
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Demonstrated operating room experience, including transplant skill set
  • At least 3 years of perioperative nursing experience highly preferred
  • Professional certification preferred (such as CNOR)
  • Proficiency with Meditech or similar EMR systems
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of procedures, including total joints, spine, kidney and liver transplants, vascular, ENT, plastics, and robotic surgeries
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled surgeons and perioperative professionals across 16 fully equipped ORs
  • Maintain strict adherence to evidence-based safety and infection control protocols
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for those undergoing complex surgical interventions
  • Respond efficiently to emergent situations and rapidly changing patient status within a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to the smooth flow of the OR schedule with clear communication and prioritization
