Position Details:
Elementary School
2:1 / 3:1 Nurse-to-Student Support Model
Multiple nurses onsite for collaboration and support
Work with medically fragile students in a team-based environment
Responsibilities:
Tube Feeding
Medication Administration
Diapering and Toileting Assistance
Student Transfers
Suctioning
Seizure Monitoring
Daily health support as needed
Requirements:
Active Arizona RN License
School nursing, pediatric, or medically fragile experience preferred
Comfortable providing hands-on care in a classroom setting
