This contract opportunity close to Fort Worth, TX, offers the chance to work directly with students while collaborating with educators and families to ensure each child’s health and well-being.

Applicants must hold an active TX RN license and are encouraged to highlight experience with students with autism or other disabilities. Your skills will help create an environment where every learner can thrive.

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
  • Prior experience supporting students with autism and/or other disabilities in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff, students, and families
  • Ability to respond promptly and effectively to medical situations within the school environment

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to an assigned student, addressing daily medical needs as outlined in care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor health status, and implement care interventions throughout the school day
  • Facilitate communication with families regarding students’ health and progress
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate health records in accordance with school policy
  • Participate in team meetings and support integration into the student’s educational experience
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
