Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Recent experience in a telemetry (Tele) unit required
  • Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpreting rhythms
  • Ability to swiftly respond to changes in patient conditions and escalate appropriately
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification

    • Schedule:

  • Contract-based employment; specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor cardiac telemetry, assess EKG rhythms, and take immediate action when necessary
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapies per provider orders
  • Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, procedures, and at-home care
  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and responses in the EMR
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients
  • Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

    $1,864 - $2,039/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
