Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Telemetry or a similar acute care environment
  • Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and rapid response protocols
  • Strong assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to mentor, supervise, and support various levels of nursing staff
  • Collaborative communication skills for effective team and patient interaction
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care to patients based on the nursing process and established clinical standards
  • Supervise assigned staff—including licensed and unlicensed personnel—to ensure quality care

  • Maintain clear documentation and precise patient records
