Key Qualifications:

  • What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver one-on-one care to a student participating in adult transition programs, ensuring their health needs are managed throughout the school day
  • Administer medications, provide first aid, and monitor any ongoing medical considerations in alignment with the student’s health plan
  • Serve as a resource for staff and student, contributing to a safe and supportive environment onsite
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, documenting all interventions
  • Communicate efficiently with family members, school administrators, and the wider support team to foster continuity of care
