Two positions are available—one each at an elementary and a high school—serving vibrant learning communities. Contract roles begin in August and extend through the end of May, offering you the chance to make a lasting difference over the academic year.

As a CSN, your expertise will drive the management of the health office, completion of medical reviews, and active participation in IEP and 504 processes—all fundamental parts of your impactful role. Your collaboration will help foster a supportive environment for students, families, and staff.

To excel in this role, candidates should bring:

  • BSN and a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Certified School Nurse endorsement (beyond RN licensure)
  • Experience in school nursing is highly valued
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a significant asset
  • Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a collaborative, dependable approach
  • Commitment to consistent attendance and reliability
  • Enthusiasm for contributing positively to a school community
  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing health office operations and maintaining compliance with best practices
  • Completing detailed medical reviews for students as required
  • Actively participating in IEP and 504 plan meetings and supporting students with diverse needs
  • Collaborating effectively with school teams to ensure holistic support and communication

Enjoy a regular weekday schedule with a consistent workday at either a high school (7:15 a.m. – 2:25 p.m.) or elementary school (8:25 a.m. – 3:40 p.m.), providing balance and structure.
